How do I get my medications refilled?

The quickest way to have your medications refilled is to call your pharmacy. Please call them several days before your medication runs out to allow them enough time to complete all the steps necessary to fulfill your request. Refill requests made through the office are processed Monday through Friday, business hours. Before some medications can be refilled, an office visit may be required for examination, laboratory, etc. There will be occasions when a chronic medication runs out over a weekend or a time when the office is closed. In most instances, the on call provider will call your pharmacy and prescribe a limited amount of medicine. Narcotic medications are NOT refilled over the weekends.
